Delete account and data
You can have your 30Nights account and associated personal data deleted without reinstalling the app.
Delete via the app
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account and data.
- Select Delete account and confirm securely.
If this option is temporarily unavailable, use the email request below.
Delete via the web
Send a message from your account email address to info@fluxidi.com with the subject 30Nights – account and data deletion. Include your registered email address. Never include your password or verification code.
What is deleted
After valid verification, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed, including your active profile, photos, Discover visibility, preferences, Likes, matches, NightCompass progress and other account-related product data. Data held by other users may disappear or be anonymized to the extent that the functionality and rights of others allow.
What may be retained for a limited period
We may retain minimal data for longer when necessary for tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, safety, handling reports, outstanding payments, disputes or legal claims. Backups are overwritten according to a limited technical cycle and are not reactivated for normal use.
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account, deleting the app or logging out does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it first via Google Play Subscriptions. After regular cancellation, Premium normally remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Time frame and confirmation
We confirm your request and process it without undue delay, normally within one month. For a complex request or if identity verification is required, we will inform you in accordance with applicable law.
Other choices
