Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the free and paid 30Nights services. Your contracting party for the service is Christophe Vanrokeghem — Fluxidi; purchases in the Android app are processed by Google Play.
1. Applicability and contact
30Nights is operated by Christophe Vanrokeghem — Fluxidi, Koekamerstraat 48A, 9688 Schorisse, Belgium, company number 0772.931.038, VAT BE 0772.931.038. Contact: info@fluxidi.com. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the community guidelines.
2. Age and legal capacity
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into an agreement, and not previously permanently excluded for serious safety reasons. Use for commercial matchmaking, escorting, human trafficking, or contacting minors is prohibited.
3. Account and accurate information
You use one personal account, provide materially accurate information, and secure your login. You must report misuse immediately. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee that every user or claim is authentic.
4. The service
30Nights offers discovery, interest features, mutual matches, chat, Chemistry indications, and NachtKompas. Availability may depend on language, country, device, subscription, and mutual consent. We do not guarantee a minimum number of profiles, matches, messages, meetings, or relationship outcomes.
5. Chemistry and NachtKompas
Chemistry is an indication based on available data and is not a professional, scientific, or therapeutic assessment. NachtKompas is a conversational experience. Do not use outcomes as the sole basis for important relationship, medical, financial, or legal decisions.
6. User content
You retain your rights to photos and text. For the duration and operation of the service, you grant 30Nights a limited, non-exclusive licence to technically store, process, adapt to screen formats and display that content according to your settings. You may upload only content for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.
7. Conduct, reporting and moderation
The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. We may restrict content, retain evidence, block features, issue warnings, suspend or delete an account when reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, compliance with the law or enforcement. Where appropriate, you may request an explanation or review.
8. Premium and virtual credits
Features, price, term and payment frequency are shown before purchase. Credits, Spotlight and Toppertjes are digital usage rights within 30Nights, have no monetary value and are non-transferable. Statutory rights and Google Play’s applicable refund policy continue to apply.
9. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions are automatically renewed and charged through Google Play until you cancel. The current renewal price and period are shown before purchase and in your Google Play account. Cancellation takes place through Google Play. Deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription. See Subscriptions, cancellation and withdrawal.
10. Withdrawal and refunds
In principle, consumers in the EEA have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to statutory nuances where performance begins immediately. For purchases processed through Google Play, you should also use the route provided by Google. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Closing your account
You can terminate your free service by deleting your account. We may terminate an account due to serious or repeated violations, fraud, being underage, a security risk or a legal obligation. Paid rights will be handled in accordance with mandatory law and Google Play policies.
12. Availability and changes
We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify features for safety, legal compliance, technical operation or product improvement. If there is a material adverse change to a paid service, we will inform you appropriately and respect your statutory remedies.
13. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the choices or conduct of other users, external meetings, indirect damage or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Report unsafe behaviour; call 112 in the event of immediate danger.
14. Intellectual property
The app, name, design, software, texts and images supplied by 30Nights are protected. Without permission, you may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, reuse the service commercially or circumvent security measures, except where mandatory law permits this.
15. Law, complaints and disputes
Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you reside as a consumer. Please contact us first at info@fluxidi.com. Belgian consumers can also contact ConsumerConnect; EU consumers involved in cross-border disputes can contact ECC Belgium.
16. Changes
The current version and date are shown at the top. Where there are material changes, we will request consent again where necessary or provide prior notice.
