1. Be authentic

• Use your own identity, age, and recent photos.
• No impersonation, catfishing, misleading relationship status, or stolen images.
• No bots, scraping, mass messaging, or manipulation of features.

2. Consent and boundaries

• A Like or match is not consent to sexual content or contact outside the app.
• Respect a “no,” silence, blocking, or an ended match.
• No pressure, harassment, stalking, blackmail, or unwanted explicit content.

3. Safe and respectful

• No threats, violence, hate, humiliation, or discrimination.
• No encouragement or glorification of self-harm or dangerous behavior.
• Do not publish addresses, identity documents, intimate images, or private conversations without valid consent.

4. Sexual safety and minors

• 30Nights is exclusively for people aged 18 and over.
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
• No non-consensual intimate images, sexual coercion, exploitation, human trafficking, or paid sexual solicitation.

5. Fraud and commercial solicitation

• Do not request or send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank details, or verification codes.
• No romance scams, phishing, investment schemes, pyramid schemes, escort recruitment, advertising, or selling without the express permission of 30Nights.

6. Photos and content

No illegal content, malware, extreme gore, weapon threats, copyright infringement, or material that violates someone’s privacy. Profile images must be suitable for a general adult dating environment.

7. Meeting outside the app

Meet in a public place initially, arrange your own transportation, tell someone where you are, and remain in control of your drinks, money, and boundaries. 30Nights does not conduct the meeting and cannot fully guarantee identity or intentions.

8. Reporting and blocking

Use Report or Block in the app. If that is not possible, email info@fluxidi.com. Keep the relevant username, date, and context, but do not redistribute illegal images. In immediate danger: 112.

9. Enforcement

Measures may include a warning, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to the competent authorities. We assess context, severity, repetition, and risk. Abuse of the reporting system may itself constitute a violation.
