Email 30Nights support

Include your registered email address, device type, app version, and a brief description. Never send your password, verification code, or full payment details.

Safety and abuse

Use Report or Block in the app. If this does not work, email us with the subject “30Nights safety report”. In the event of immediate danger or a possible crime, contact 112 or the local police; support is not an emergency service.

Subscriptions and payments

Android purchases are processed through Google Play. Manage or cancel them via Google Play Subscriptions. When requesting help, include your Google Play order number, but no bank card details. See also Subscriptions and cancellation.

Delete account

Use Profile → Settings → Account and data → Delete account, or follow the public deletion page. Deleting an account does not automatically stop a Google Play subscription.

Privacy rights

To request access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, object, or withdraw consent, email info@fluxidi.com. We may verify your identity before disclosing or modifying account details.

Technical issues

Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Only attach a screenshot after obscuring information about other people, chats, email addresses, and order details.
