Before you buy

Before confirmation, the Premium screen and the Google Play purchase window show: the selected plan, the total price including applicable taxes, the billing period, the first payment and renewal dates, automatic renewal, and the included features. The Google Play confirmation is your durable proof of purchase.

Available terms

30Nights may offer monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Only the options, prices, and offers shown in Google Play at the time of purchase are valid. A converted monthly price is for information only; the actual total amount charged and the billing period are displayed just as clearly.

Automatic renewal

A recurring subscription is automatically renewed at the beginning of each new billing period at the price listed in Google Play, unless you cancel before renewal. Google Play uses your account's payment method and may place a temporary authorization in advance.

Cancel

1. Open Google Play subscriptions.
2. Select 30Nights.
3. Select Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the confirmation steps.

After a regular cancellation, Premium remains available until the end of the paid period; you will not be charged again afterward.

Deleting the app or account is not the same as cancelling

Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your 30Nights account does not automatically cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first, then delete your account if desired.

Founder and introductory offers

A Founder or introductory offer states before purchase who is eligible, how long the benefit applies and what price will be charged thereafter. “Founder” does not automatically mean a lifetime discount unless this is expressly stated in the offer and on Google Play. An offer is never added to your account without your confirmation.

Individual credits

Credits, Spotlight and Toppertjes may be offered as one-time digital purchases. They do not start a subscription, are non-transferable and have no cash value. The price, quantity and functionality are stated before purchase. Statutory rights and the Google Play refund policy remain applicable.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EEA, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For a digital service that begins immediately at your express request, legal consequences may apply to the part already supplied. For payments processed through Google Play, also use the applicable Google Play refund process. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal statement

You may email an unambiguous statement to info@fluxidi.com with your name, registered email address, purchase date, Google Play order number, and the sentence: “I hereby withdraw from my agreement for [Premium plan or purchase].” Send the message before the end of the applicable period. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium.
