2. What data we may process

• chat content and voluntarily shared media, including text, photos, audio messages, music references and other attachments;
• NachtKompas answers, progress, completion status, invitations and derived personal or joint insights;
• subscription, usage period, credit and transaction status we receive through Google Play;
• notification settings and technical tokens needed to deliver push notifications;
• device, security and technical data, such as IP address, app version, operating system, error information, abuse signals, sessions and trusted devices;
• messages and supporting documents that you voluntarily provide to support or when a security alert.

We do not receive your full payment card details. Payments on Android are processed through Google Play.

3. Sensitive data and explicit consent

Your choices about whom you want to meet, relationship preferences and certain NachtKompas answers may reveal information about your sexual orientation, intimate life or other sensitive personal circumstances.

30Nights uses your set place of residence, search area, age- and relationship preferences to determine which profiles appear in Discover may appear.

13. Security

Current paid usage periods for 30Nights are one-time and do not renew automatically. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period already paid.
