Child Safety Standards
30Nights prohibits all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children, including material that depicts or promotes it.
Adults only
The service is exclusively accessible to persons aged 18 and over. A user who is a minor or presents themselves as a minor may be restricted and removed immediately.
Prohibited conduct and content
Prohibited conduct includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual communication with minors, requesting or sharing sexual images of minors, human trafficking, sexualizing children, and links or instructions that enable such exploitation. This also applies to synthetic, manipulated, or AI-generated images.
Prevention and detection
We use account rules, age signals, user reports, moderation, and technical security signals to limit risks. Controls are never perfect; users must report suspicious situations immediately.
Reporting
Report a profile or conversation using the reporting feature in the app. You can also email info@fluxidi.com. Include profile details and context. Do not download, copy, or distribute potentially illegal imagery. In immediate danger, call 112 or the local police.
Our response
We may block accounts, restrict access, preserve relevant data securely, and investigate reports. When legally required or necessary to protect a child, we report to competent authorities or recognized reporting channels and cooperate with valid requests.
Privacy and support
We restrict access to reports to authorized personnel and retain data only as long as necessary for safety, evidence, and legal obligations. Victims or concerned adults may also contact the police or an accredited helpline directly.
