Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved and packed. After this, the parcel is prepared for shipment. -
Shipping time
Denmark: 5–10 business days
Shipments are handled by PostNord.
All shipping times exclude potential customs or carrier delays. During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, New Year), delivery may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage during transit.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel via our tracking page. Click
Track your order in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update.
If the tracking still shows no information after several days, please contact our customer service team.
